Watson Sales Department will reply the inquiries once we got, and try to know the requirement of each client first, like the size of the display stand which they are interesting, the measurement, weight of their each product, and how to show them on the stand; and then will give the professional suggestion, like the type of stand, paper material, surface finishing and so on. Then we will collect and transfer all the information to our Design team for calculating.
Watson Design Team is focus on develop and build up new project to meet the satisfied of clients. They will figure out all the solution according to the requirements, which can fit and show the goods well, and then layout a 4-sides sketch for clients checking. In the beginning of the projct, we will consider all the possibility which will occur, such as the capacity, size limited, loading quantity and instruction etc. We hope that all of our clients can satisfied with our services from the beging inquiry to the ending delivery.
After confirm the sample printing with clients, Watson Sales Department will provide a 4-sides sketch or die-cutting line for clients artwork design. We will check the artwork first once got it. The sample will be arranged once confirmed the artwork and sample cost received. And the sample cost could be refund once order placed upon 100pcs floor display stand. Sample printing is very important , it is one way to confirm the sketch of the display stand before mass production. Watson group have different kind of corrugated paper sample printing machines, the largest cutting size is 1.3*1.7m. It could meet sample printing and small order production which is less than 50pcs.
Generally, the white sample might take 2-4days for proceed, and color inkjet takes 3-6days after artwork confirmed and sample cost received. Then our QC team will mock up the sample to check if all the details is that one customer want, and then take photos for clients’ checking first. After that, we will send it out for clients confirmation via DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT or domestic express, and provide tracking no. for following.
If the order is less than 100sets floor display stand,Watson Group will suggest clients to make color inkjet production, as the cost will be much cheaper; if the order is more than 100sets, then Watson Group will use Production machine printing. Before the production printing, we will print out a digital color proof for clients checking, make sure the color is the correct one. Regarding the 1C, if it is Pantone color, then we need to double check the Pantone no. with clients before process.
After confirmed the order, Watson Group will check the schedule and arrange the printing production asap.And the first step is to make CTP.
Watson have owned CTP UV-setter, the strengthen is do not need any film also can exposure in PS plat, it is simpler. And the resolution, color contrast, dot, imaging results compared to traditional film output, it has greatly improved.
Watson have owned different kind of offset printing machine, like the Heidelerg 4 color printing machine, Heidelerg 5 color printing machine, Roland 700, Roland 800 and Roland 900 and so on. The max printing area is 1620*1200mm, which can be satisfies customers larger printing request and keep the cost low. 4C ( CMYK ) color printing will according to the digital printing which clients confirmed, 1C ( Pantone color ) will according Pantone book.
Printing materials, like 300g CCNB, corrugated paper, Soy printing ink also pass through Europe national health and safety standard, they are eco-friendly and recycled.
Watson will suggest clients to do surface finishing on the paper after printing, it is a good way to protect the display stand, the lamination process is the best one. Surface finishing including Glossy Lamination, Matt Lamination, Glossy Varnish, Matt Varnish and UV Varnish.
Watson is equipped with a professional auto gumming machine, it can effectively increase the speed of production mounting and quality control. All the cardboard can mounted by itself, and we can control the quality and arrange the timing well.
Laser cutting is an important process in the production, we will make the cutting plate according to the die cutting line which sample has confirmed by client. We can control each cutting cross section with smoothly line and make them well.
Die-cutting process is one important process in Display production, it effect the shape of the display after assembled. Watson has owned 2 sets Semi-Automatic punching cutter and 3 sets Manual punching cutter, the largest cutting size is 1800*1250mm. Watson has employed different professional stuffs in the Production department to maintain daily work, and we will arrange well and try to finished the production fastly .
Watson owned a professional QC team, the QC team always obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate, including the paper material, corrugated cardboard, printing and die-cutting etc. We insist to provide the best product and service for our each client.
There are 2 kind of packing methods, one is flattening packing, another one is solid packing. We always suggest the client to make flattening packing, it could save the cost, especially the shipping cost.
Flattening packing: Flattening folded after finished display production, one or more sets will be packed into a master carton, or each set will be packed in kraft paper first; with the accessories and assembly instruction, it will take about 10-15mins for assembling.
Solid packing: some of the clients ask for packed the assembled display in carton before shipping, and they easy to show their goods on it after got it. But the cost and shipping cost will be increased, especially the shipping cost, the finished size of the display sand is large, the whole volume will be changed also.
